Korvat ovat nyt venytetty 18 milliin. Molemmat kuulolärpäkkeet antoivat melkein puolen vuoden odottelun, hieronnan ja korujen pyörittelemisen jälkeen löysää isommille koruille. Olen joskus kymmenisen vuotta sitten liian nopealla tahdilla reväyttänyt toisen korvani ja kantapään kautta oppinut olemaan kärsivällisempi venyttämisen kanssa. Muistona tuosta repeämästä on toisen korvalehden alapuolella arpi, joka ei onneksi enää näy mutta tuntuu.
Both ear lobes are now stretched to 18 mm. My ears let it loose for bigger jewelry after six months of waiting, massaging and moving the jewelry every now and then. When I was stretching my ears for the first time like ten years ago I did it way too quickly and had a quite a nasty tear on my lobe. Still have a scar on the bottom of my ear lobe to remind me of that. After that I have remembered to take it nice and slow.
Ja ostin hätäpäissäni uudet kengät parisen viikkoa takaperin. Tennareista (jo kesän toisista) irtosi pohja ennen viikonloppureissua ja jouduin kävelemään kenkäkauppaan ja ostamaan "kuhan on jotkut millä kävellä" -kengät. Kengät olivat tarjouksessa, kaupan halvimmasta päästä ja ihan kohtuullisen näköiset sekä tuntuiset jalassa. Viikonlopun jälkeen tulin lopputulokseen, etten tykkääkään näistä yhtään. No, noilla se on kuitenkin mentävä toistaiseksi. Ebaysta on onneksi tulossa jotain vielä halvempaa ja parempaa postissa.
I had an emergency situation and I needed to buy new shoes few weeks ago. My sneakers' (the second ones for this summer) sole got ripped of from both of the shoes and I needed even a one pair that was fully in good condition. I just needed something to get me through the weekend, cheap and nice. I bought these shoes from the sale and while buying them they feld and looked decent. After the weekend I realized that the shoes don't look anything like me and I don't actually really like them. Just need to settle with these for a moment. Luckily I ordered something even cheaper and nicer from Ebay.
